Unless otherwise requested, all shipments are by UPS ground. Extra charges apply for FedEx or USPS service. Title and risk of loss, damage, or package shortage passes to the customer upon delivery by eurotek apg to the shipping carrier. If a package or shipment appears damaged at the time of receipt, please note the condition on the shipping container/packaging, sign your name next to the written statement, and have the delivery driver sign the bill of lading indicating the problem. You then must file a formal claim against the carrier for any loss, damage, or shortages.
If the shipment is received in good condition, and after unpacking, shortages or wrong parts are discovered, please notify us immediately.
All returns must have a issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number as issued by eurotek apg prior to you shipping the item(s) back to us. Simply e-mail us or call with a reason for the return. All parts subject to a 25% restocking charge. No returns allowed after 30 days from date of original purchase. No returns on parts that were fitted to a vehicle and cannot be re-sold as new. Returns must be in the original packing materials. No return for credit on electrical parts-- exchange only-- to be reviewed on a case by case basis. Items purchased from eurotek apg as part of a special close-out offering are not eligible for return. All returns are to shipped with freight prepaid.
eurotek apg extends a warranty on all parts for 6 months after the original purchase date which covers defects in material(s) or workmanship. Parts are sold with the intended purpose of providing vehicle service under normal operating conditions.For example, please don't expect eurotek apg to replace an alternator internally caked with mud, or a shock with a damaged rod or body. Our warranty does not cover any labor cost for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising out of breach of the warranty even though caused by negligence or other fault.
Excluded from warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse , improper diagnosis, application, or installation.
For items requiring a Core to be returned to eurotek apg for credit- the following terms and conditions apply:
All cores must be returned in the original carton
Cores must be complete, assembled, and rebuildable
Cores missing parts, having a broken housing, or those that have been exposed to abuse, fire, water, or extreme weather (such as a flood or mudslide)--- will not be accepted.
All core returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money order, or personal check. Order ships after personal checks have cleared our Bank. Money orders must be issued from a major Bank. We do not accept purchase orders, nor does eurotek apg extend credit terms. Shipping Insurance charges are automatically added to each order, based on the actual stated retail value.
